Produced by Crown Heights, Brooklyn electronic-indie duo Ratatat ‘Pursuit of Happiness’ is the second UK single from Kid CuDi’s debut album ‘Man On The Moon : The End Of The Day’.
Psychedelic rock stars MGMT sing the ghostly chorus over Ratatat’s trademark half-step beats, swirling synths and heavily processed guitars. CuDi’s vocal has the mixture of melody and vulnerability that he has made his own. CuDi wrote ‘Already Home’ for Jay Z on ‘The Blueprint 3’.
CuDi’s album debuted at #4 on the Billboard shipping 120,000 copies on its first week, making him one of the biggest breakthrough stars of the year in the US US
