Tinchy Stryder "Help Me" Video - check it out now
Tinchy Stryder is set to release the follow up single to his chart busting ‘Bright Lights’ featuring pop starlet Pixie Lott. ‘Help Me’, due for release by 4th & Broadway/ Island Records on 1st October 2012, will be Tinchy Stryder’s 13th commercial single release to date. Produced by Art Bastian, Tinchy Stryder’s ‘Help Me’ is the latest cut to be taken from his forthcoming, fourth studio album, ‘Full Tank’ due out in 2013. Combining anthemic ‘hands in the air’ production with Tinchy’s charismatic lyrical flow and an infectious chorus, ‘Help Me’ is sure to not only become a common request on dance floors across the country, but also make an impressionable dent on the UK charts. Remixes of the single by fresh in-demand duo DEVolution (Lana Del Ray, Wretch 32, Wiley) will also be made available. The video for ‘Help Me’, directed by Dan Henshaw (Kasabian, Kano) and shot in New Orleans also acts as a perfect accompaniment with its striking montage of in tune visuals. Since the success of ‘Bright Lights’ (which debuted in the UK top 5), Britain’s hardest working MC has been busy working on his own range of headphones. The highly anticipated ‘Goji Tinchy Stryder: On Cloud 9’ headphones range launched in July this year, and are available exclusively at Currys and PC World stores nationwide, as well as online at www.currys.co.uk and www.pcworld.co.uk. With both in-ear, over-ear options and travel speakers available in the soaring market of high-end headphones designed by musical idols, Tinchy’s designs have placed him on the map for musical technology design and appreciation for good quality sound. With a packed schedule of festival appearance and gigs across Europe, a new single and a fourth album in the pipeline, Tinchy Stryder shows no signs of slowing down in 2012. Since bursting on the scene in 2009 Tinchy Stryder was 2009’s biggest selling male solo artist in the UK and became the first artist ever to reach number 1 in the official national singles charts with a song title ‘Number 1’. In the past two years Tinchy has also scored two no. 1 singles and a gold certified album, embarked on three nationwide sell-out headline tours, won a number of prestigious awards (including ‘Best Song’ at the 2011 MOBO awards), opened the Pyramid stage at Glastonbury and supported both Akon and Rihanna on the UK legs of their Arena tours. Not content with his own music career alone, Tinchy has also spent his time focusing on finding new talent for ‘Takeover Roc nation’, his joint venture with Jay-Z and Roc Nation, taking his clothing line ‘Star in the Hood’ from strength to strength, and most recently following in the footsteps of the legendary Dr Dre with the launch of his own ‘Cloud 9’ headphones.
